What love will make you do is rock out to the Copoulos Wedding Super Group!

To celebrate the glorious union of former Flash Mountain Flood keyboardist, Paul Copolous, and wife Cynthia, the happy couple put together a day of music for friends and family to enjoy of epic proportions. Dubbed “Miracle Love Festival”, the day of music featured sets from local-favorites Kind Hearted Strangers, Extra Gold , and more. Headlining the event was a super-group, consisting of The New Mastersounds guitarist and frontman Eddie Roberts, RAQ keys master Todd Stoops, Lotus time keeper Chuck Morris on drums, and rounded out by Genetics funk master Joel Searls on bass. The band performed a two-hour set consisting almost entirely of improvised moments that were spearheaded by Eddie Roberts‘ piercing jazz guitar work, intermingled with Todd Stoops‘ organ back-drop, which was powered by stacked Leslie speakers, and nuanced by Joel Searls‘ tight bass work that rode on Chuck Morris‘ steadfast rhythm. The talent was abundant and almost equaled by the feelings of love in the room, all gushing to celebrate the marriage of two extremely loved people in our little front-range jam scene. Congrats to the happy couple, and thank them when you find yourself enjoying one of the most compelling sets I’ve recorded all year. Enjoy!
