It’s #FreeMusic Friday! Check out Grass Fed Mule shredding grass up at Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom!
Grass Fed Mule returned to Denver for the first time in 2018 with new tunes and a new mandolin player both of which helped expand on their already unique style. Their songwriting is as strong as ever and with the addition of their new mandolin player their solos have a new ferocity that worked to fire up the “Grass For That Ass” Thursday night bluegrass crowd. Check out “Pain”, the Del McCoury penned “Dry My Tears” and the instant classic “We All Feel The Same” for some seriously great picking. Also don’t sleep on the set closing phish cover “Scent Of A Mule” which proved to be the longest excursion of the evening and was certainly well received.
