Protocol | 2018-05-18 | Be On Key Psychedelic Ripple, Denver, CO [SBD/AUD Matrix]

When you’re raging sick jamtronica beats and they ask you why just say its #TaperTuesday and you’re following Protocol!

Protocol’s debut performance brought over an hour’s worth of electronica tinged jam rock to kick off two-nights of music at Be On Key Psychedelic Ripple. The trio explored all realms of the jamtronica void, constantly evolving each improv segment to keep the ideas fresh. With the exception of a fitting Aphex Twin cover (see: “Flim”) the entire set was improvised, which I always dig. Downtempo, breakbeats, IDM, dub, ambient techno, this set has it all!
